12.2 Upon closure of an Account for reasons not attributable to Member misconduct, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method after applicable verification.
12.3 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ez96 reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation and, if the breach is substantiated, to forfeit such balance.
